既然有人討論
順便把我當初做的結果整理出來
內容很繁瑣
想end的直接結論 伏地挺身遠低於臥推效益
不會到50% 有空我再來做模型
假設條件
身高175cm˙75kg 頭至肩30cm 肩到腳145cm 上臂下臂各25cm
頭+脖重 5kg 其餘體重70kg作用於肩到腳中心
忽略手臂重(反正做bench press 其實手臂重也會在負重中)
手假設為fixed end 腳為hinge support

Q1:
可以發現不管在上 下
左右手前臂軸力各為21.01 kg (共42.02kg)
這似乎與我們實驗結果不同 (體重計量測法)
Ans1:
那是由於在伏地挺身向上時 重心產生偏心而導致
然而在模型中並未考慮偏心距離 (沒有數據供以假設)
double check:
如假設模型
伏地挺身等效臥推應等於42.02/75 = 56.02%的體重

伏地挺身 v=10.12 My= 383.50
bench press v(bp)=10.12 My(bp)=525.25 (!!!)
Q2 :
bench press模型內對胸肌的彎矩內力遠大於伏地挺身
ANS:
由於伏地挺身負重為Y向線載重 雖仍有My 但也會產生Mx
簡而言之產生了雙向彎矩
但眾所周知胸肌施力方向應為My向
因此對胸肌的刺激遠不如bench press
Conclusion: 如果想練胸肌 請乖乖的做臥推
前人的經驗不是沒有原因的
伏地挺身就是比較難練大
背重物練也請盡量置於肩的位置
