〔記者盧姮倩/台北報導〕內湖上、下班交通壅塞未解,文湖線問題再度浮上檯面。台北
市議員周柏雅昨天說,馬市府二○○三年砸一百七十九億元採購龐巴迪系統,但二○○九
年三月通車後接連出包,開始配置「隨車人員」,至今已花了六億五百八十多萬元,如今
系統漸趨穩定,隨車人員也只是站在第一節車廂,沒其他事做,應重新檢討。
北捷:審慎評估調整
北捷公司則說,當時文湖線系統不穩定,配置隨車人員處理異常情形,目前系統已趨穩定
,隨車人員兼具提供旅客服務引導等工作,配置是否調整,將審慎評估。

發現,二○○九年七月,北捷以安全為由配置隨車人員,但設計之初並沒有其他人力配置
規劃,既然要配置隨車人員,當初何必砸一百七十九億元採購龐巴迪無人駕駛系統?
周柏雅了解發現,文湖線自二○○九年開通後頻頻出包,決定每列車第一節車廂配置隨車
人員,以排除突發狀況,一做就延續至今,截至上月底,已花費六億五百八十多萬元,平
均每年須多花一億元。
他認為,系統漸趨穩定,北捷中控中心都可連線掌握列車情況,隨車人員只剩服務功能,
而且文湖線車廂沒有相連,隨車人員只能在第一節車廂接受詢問,沒有其他特別事情做,
應重新檢討人力配置。
至於為何要選擇龐巴迪系統,捷運局說,早期美國顧問公司規劃木柵線時建議採用無人駕
駛系統,後來內湖線與木柵線銜接通行,系統必須相容,經招標選購龐巴迪系統。
