[新聞] 北捷砸錢改閘門 「不具經濟效益」
台北市長柯文哲為了省500萬,選擇不顧民怨反彈合併警分局。如今又準備不惜賠錢
,砸下1億,只為了替使用量僅悠遊卡「萬分之一」的一卡通,在台北各捷運站建置多卡
通系統,引發議會質疑根本不具經濟效益。
不僅如此,前北市副市長陳永仁更說,一卡通不像悠遊卡有「押金制」,買斷後若用
不到,錢擺在裏頭拿不回,這些就成為負責處理金流的聯邦銀行「轉投資」籌碼。
同時,一卡通「嗶」進台捷運後,又被網友發現,北捷多卡通閘門因無法分辨一卡通
學生卡及普通卡,導致持學生卡者搭公車轉乘捷運時,優惠折扣從原本的6元增加為8元,
等於北市要為此多補助2元。問題被揪出後,台北捷運公司對外表示,系統於1周內修改。
前悠遊卡公司董事長特助、北市議員徐弘庭直言,一卡通的實收資本額才5億8000萬
,為何柯文哲還堅持要讓一卡通進入北捷?柯文哲與其花1億元建置多卡通系統,不如用
1億元買下一卡通30%股權,「乾脆併購下來,可能還比建置閘門便宜」。
他說,經濟效益掛帥的柯文哲,為了省500萬元而合併警分局,如今卻竟然願意花1億
元讓使用率低的一卡通進到北捷?背後動機,實在令人不解。
面對一卡通使用率不高情況,北捷回應,後續運量及營收估計仍需長期觀察。(中國
