最主要是因為, optimis cum voluptate ad haeremus.
best with pleasure to be stick to
這裡的動詞是 haeremus (原型 haereo),
需要一個受詞, 而這裡只有optimis是個形容詞, 而沒有名詞。
不過這句也有可能是: we are stick to the best things with pleasure,
這裡 'things' 按照脈絡補充進去, 按拉丁文的文法是可以的。
如果這樣, 好像也解的通...
所以兩句合在一起就是:
we are indeed longing for the best nature,
and stick to the best things with pleasure.
