題目: Let A and B be two complex-valued matrices of size (m*n) with m≠n
.Assume that A has full row-rank.Find an (m*m) matrix T such that
C = TA-B and the value of

ΣΣ |C_i,j|

is minimized, where C_i,j is the (i,j)th entry of matrix C and|C_i,j|
