critical這裡的意思不是「重要」，而是「嚴厲批評」
equal在這裡不是「平等的」，而是「與（前述）相同程度的」，
指的是extremely這個程度副詞
their personal doctor 他們的私人醫生
satire, sarcasm （諷刺、苛刻的批評）
GRE 的字彙 考最多的是「第二、第三...」的意義。
