[討論] 這樣子用跑步機是在鍛鍊...?
最近去運動中心常看到一個女生這樣子用跑步機
1.坡度調到最高
2.速度為快走
3.兩手始終抓著前面的橫桿
4.一用就是一小時以上,有一次我懷疑有到兩小時
此人的身材偏瘦,
我想知道的是...這樣子使用會造成什麼效果?
她想減脂嗎?還是這樣子可以強化啥肌肉?

我的問題點不少,例如
1.運動時間這麼長沒問題嗎?
2.坡度調高的快走,是有氧的效率好,還是會變成在練小腿?
3.雙手保持搭著橫桿會不會降低運動效果?
