[討論] 46公斤體脂肪30%
去年七月開始減肥
大概花了五個月 從54公斤瘦到46公斤
對了 我身高158公分
採用的方式是insanity workout 還有xbike
前面兩三個月只有運動 後面遇到停滯期搭配少吃
結果 今年二月去健身房量
竟然出現45.5公斤體脂肪30%這個數字
被教練說我是泡芙人XD
是說我前年量54公斤 體脂肪40%
應該感到開心嘛
其實我知道不應該拘泥於體重 應該要看體脂肪
我其實都有規律的運動 慢跑 跳舞 踩腳踏車
而且都超過一小時以上 一周三到四次
那麼為什麼體脂肪還是如此之高
我每次跟別人說我體脂肪30% 別人都不可置信
教練說我應該要增加重訓養肌肉....
有沒有阪友 也跟我有相同的情況阿
