[討論] 女生體脂多少才剛好?
我身高160
今天中午去康是美量
體重50
BMI 19.5
體脂28.7
體脂好像有點高??
目前每周游泳2-3次 每次一定游1500m以上 至少游1個小時初
我希望自己再瘦2公斤 因為我手腳都蠻瘦長的 重點是想要瘦腰和小腹
工作關係 早上9點起床 每日早上 半顆檸檬鮮榨溫檸檬水500cc +奇異果一顆
早午餐 味全大醇豆無糖豆漿一瓶 + 膠原蛋白粉一大匙
便利商店鮭魚/鮪魚御飯糰 或 外食(青菜 肉燥湯麵 香辣老虎麵 或 蚵仔煎 等
進公司 先喝一杯黑咖啡不加糖 幫助代謝 喝水
下午點 吃一個水梨 有時會再吃其他水果 像是木瓜 水蜜桃
(現在不吃香蕉蘋果了怕脹氣)
下午會再喝1-2杯黑咖啡加鮮奶 不加糖
傍晚6點 吃晚餐 百貨公司美食街 常常吃牛排+鐵板麵 牛肉海鮮麵 或 雞腿麵
會先把配菜吃掉喝點湯 一定要吃到"肉" 尤其牛肉或雞肉 和碳水化合物
一周大約有兩晚必須要跟客戶應酬一定會吃到大餐 日本料理 日式燒烤 川菜 等等大餐
晚上回家會先喝優酪乳整腸 有時喝低脂鮮奶
每晚都會喝半顆檸檬鮮榨檸檬水250cc 消脂
我不吃糖 少鹽 游泳前會吃小麵包 或 大餐之後吃個小甜點(較少)
游泳而且控制營養飲食之後 體重從51.5kg->50kg 小腹已經消下去很多了
目前我的上圍是32D(黛安芬的歡樂杯)
聽說體脂跟女生胸部關係很大?我瘦身減脂的重點是 腰要瘦 但胸部絕對不可以瘦
我的體脂快要達到標準值的上限30%了 是否要再少一點點比較好?? 但不知道多少是剛好?
如果要維持這樣的胸部的話是否不能減脂太多呢??
想順便問問板上有沒有女生體脂20~25%左右而已 但胸部有C或D以上??
