[討論] 請問我還有哪裡需要加強的?
如題
原PO在一年多前開始減肥
現在已經減到一個程度了
靠的是飲食控制+運動
從107kg~108kg減到現在的55kg左右(我只有158公分)
目前體脂大概21~22%左右 好一段時間沒有量
(用之前版友提供的外國網站算出來居然是18% 是哪招= =)
運動習慣也因為不在台北 很難做到重量訓練
大都是以游泳(自由式1750m~2000m/1hr)為主 無聊的時候就是慢跑(約5000m)
不過也可能因為最近對於某些運動比較厭煩 就比較沒去做(像是tae bo)
不過最近突然看一看
覺得自己還是小肥 線條還是不夠漂亮
雖然三圍34D~E 23.5~24 34
但是照片上完全看不出來阿= ="""
所以想請問一下各位板友
在線條部分 哪裡需要再加強呢?
可以給一點建議嗎?
有哪些重量訓練或是肌力訓練需要再努力的
