8F推: 很多人收肩胛的時候會忽略了脊椎中立,為了讓肩胛骨11/17 12:20
9F→: 往中間靠近,胸椎過度前凸、肋骨浮起都是不太好的排11/17 12:20
10F→: 列。如果覺得收肩胛有困難的話,可以檢查胸肌、鎖骨11/17 12:20
11F→: 下肌是不是太緊,容易聳肩的話上斜方和提肩胛肌通常11/17 12:20
12F→: 也比較緊繃,另外訓練中下斜方、肩外旋肌群對肩胛內11/17 12:20
