[問題] 餐飲業擴店前如何完備餐廳體質?
大家好~
目前家中經營餐飲店
業態業種為烤雞、炸雞速食店
小店穩定經營中
有擴增新點的打算
想先強化店的體質,再繼續前進
所面臨的問題是:
1.熟悉廚房流程,但該如何將流程標準化?
2.員工訓練
除了想過先進性質相似的連鎖店打工(摩斯、麥當勞、KFC)
目前也考慮在人力銀行徵才
渴望業界專才協助我將餐廳標準化、組織化
而非單單只是委託外人經營
不知板上先進有類似的經歷或經驗嗎?
