我個人認為這不是三頭,而是三角肌的其中一股,靠近大圓肌的那一股。
諸位上網搜尋一下圖片就可以看到。
我有和我的重訓教練討論過很多次,只要有操過游泳的這塊都會很大,
而在重訓裡面,這塊肌肉非常難練。
承之前自由式打水的論點,這塊肌肉在發揮整個肩膀延伸與旋轉的穩定性
時發揮關鍵影響,所以要能順暢的推水,這塊肌肉的影響比三頭還要大很
多。
練游泳的重訓,我個人推薦練背,然後搭配TRX練核心深層肌肉的肌耐力。
