我寫了兩次信到好市多 一封是中文寫的 得到的回應是 Dear Cai, We appreciate you taking the time to email Costco Wholesale. I do apologize for the incident that has prompted you to write to us today. For me to be able to assist I do need to know which Costco location did this happen and if you can also tell what happened so I maybe able to forward this to the warehouse manager of this particular store.
