[請益] 要怎麼才能 崩盤 斷頭 投資客死光光
各位前輩,
現在處於多空交戰
成交量萎縮,漲不太動,感覺也跌不太下去。
小弟認為
除非1. 大幅升息 2. 買屋需求急遽萎縮
才可能崩跌吧?
1的情況似乎短期1-2年內不會發生? 而且全球低利率也似乎是趨勢?
我不賣放著出租也是爽賺阿!?
2的狀況 65-75年次這年齡層的還是很多結婚買房的需求,
感覺5-10年內還是會存在。
哪時候才能等到網路上講的1折價?
如果以現在的情況
要如何才能看的到 崩盤、斷頭與投資客掛掉的狀況呢?
過去崩盤的例子,現在是否適用呢?
日本掛掉的例子 是否可以類比到台灣呢?
