[問題] 煎牛排的問題
我買了一些菲力牛排打算自己煎
我想要這樣煎:
先熱平底鍋到微微冒煙
切一塊奶油
(不放任何植物油和動物油)
混合百里香和大蒜來調味爆香
之後再放每面抹好胡椒鹽的牛排,正,反,側三面煎
煎到牛排切開的橫切面呈現粉紅色後,再起鍋靜置冷卻個5~8分鐘再吃
這樣子的牛排煎法如何?
是否還可以再多加什麼調味料來增加牛排風味?
