[問題] 水波蛋的作法
爬了文看了許多文章 依舊是一直失敗呀
這幾天不知道吃了幾顆蛋了= =
目前最常失敗的三種結果是
第一 蛋黃整個黏在底部 一舀就破掉
第二 蛋白不會包住蛋黃 就跟一般煮麵加顆蛋一樣
第三 蛋黃蛋白打下去有繞旋渦轉 看似蛋白要把蛋黃包住了
BUT~~~蛋白就自己飄了上來 剩蛋黃自己在鍋底
但是蛋黃是處於沒有黏底的狀態XD
要加醋也加了 要加鹽也加了 要維持要滾不滾的水也維持了
但還是失敗啊 請教各位強者 該怎麼去修正呢
