[問題] 滷虱目魚頭的方法
在外頭吃飯時
我自己還蠻愛點魚頭來吃的
除了眼睛之外.最愛的就是臉頰旁的薄膜了
之前都沒想到要買來自己滷
是前幾天買菜看到魚攤在分魚頭魚身時才想到
剛爬了文.沒人有分享做法
所以還是直接問比較快
請問各位大廚
