[問題] 蒜頭保存
因為大約一兩個禮拜才會去一次菜市場
我都買剝好的蒜頭 都放不久
參考之前板上的方法 放在油裡冷藏
於是我將蒜頭切好 放在保鮮盒 泡味全葵花油 再放到冰箱冷藏
結果油變成白白的一大塊固體
挖開看起來很像牛扎糖= =
請問如何可以改進?? 油變成固體還有保存的效果嗎??
不是動物油才會低溫凝固嗎?? 葵花油為什麼會凝固??
