[問題] 美式早餐店的滑蛋作法
每次想煎出美式早餐店的那種滑蛋,都會煎的很老...
(想煎那種 軟軟嫩嫩,會散發出蛋香的)
看電視的作法好像是把蛋倒入鍋中,然後一直用筷子攪散..
可是我用筷子攪開來,都會一陀一陀的,煎出來的成品是老老的、醜醜的...@.@..
有人可以分享簡單易學的烹調方法嗎??
