有氧運動是損耗運動
有氧運動會先脫掉水分
再來就脫掉脂肪
接下來就分解掉肌肉
沒肌肉就沒有爆發力 沒有彈跳力
沒有速度 沒有對抗性
對一個籃球員來說 等於包一包回去洪幹
重量訓練或者是高強度間歇訓練
效果都遠比單純有氧好
周俊三講這話 表示他腦袋還停在30年前
完全沒有進步
