[問題] 葡萄乾影響麵包水分比例?
做免揉麵包時會計算水分和麵粉的比例
那做葡萄乾麵包時葡萄乾會吸收水分進而影響水分比例嗎?
想知道各位大大平時做麵包時
葡萄乾會先泡水呢 還是直接加入麵團也不更改麵粉和水的份量呢?
