I am very disappointed with you, Amazon.
I believe the "thing" I bought was marked with "bran-new", however
what I received is coverd by scratches everywhere on the surface.
It's truly a disaster!!!!

I think they might be caused by mishandling package or delivery problem,
no matter what, hoping you can find out and fix it.
