[問題] 休跑ㄧ陣子後,如何在短時間內調整回來
如題,由於之前膝傷休養好ㄧ陣子,最近試跑兩次短距離膝蓋並無不適,打算開始跑步了
,但兩次都在四k左右右腹部會開始痛,就跑不下去了,請問這是什麼原因?還有要如何
才能在短時間調整好最佳狀態?附上最近ㄧ次練跑的資料
