[問題] 想請問關於半馬90分要如何訓練
大家好小弟觸慢跑時間差不多快一年了,目前最好成績是半馬102分鐘
10K最好最好成績是42分鐘,5K最好最好成績是19'4X,剛剛手滑不小心報名了
11月的虎尾糖都馬拉松半馬,距離現在還有5個月左右,想請問版上各神人
這五個月時間我應該要達到什麼樣的訓練才有可能可以有半馬90分內的成績
目前我的訓練方式大概是每星期跑4次,平均每個月跑量120k左右
速度大概就是4'30秒得速度跑10K這樣~~
想請問版上神人有沒有更好的訓練菜單或者是訓練方法可以給我建議得!!?
