[問題] 六分速的練習
我一周約跑三次 5km
大部分 都設定 30分鐘跑完
亦即維持6分/km
但每次跑到3.5km 心肺就跟不太上
後面2公里都跑的 有些勉強
請問 如何練習 以達到很輕鬆的在30分內跑完
甚至 一小時跑完10km?
我知道 大家常說 間歇跑
除此之外還有其他方法嗎? 謝謝!!
