[問題] 如何堅持
小弟我是剛加入慢跑大家庭的一員
原本是因為想說暑假沒甚麼球友
所以姑且晚上到操場跑跑步
因為以前並沒有跑步的習慣
所以大概跑個5.6圈就開始上氣不接下氣(400M/1圈)
大概跑個10圈就差不多要休息了
不知道是我的心態問題還是體力的問題
要怎麼樣來克服呢?
