[問題] 3k怎麼樣跑進15min內呢?
想請問大家3k要進入15分鐘,除了持續練習以外,有沒有有效的訓練方式呢?
我之前不太喜歡跑步,不過也是有從事其他的運動
每次跑都會希望比上一次進步,從25分到現在18分
這一兩次跑完,腳踝以上小腿以下,不知道是不是脛骨
都會疼痛,都會等到不痛在練習,請問怎麼會疼痛呢?
有特別的暖身方式嗎?
感覺好像遇到瓶頸了,想請問大家有什麼有效的訓練方式
