you release ball too early.

(why a pitcher needs to do like that? because his job
is generally to throw ball as fast as he can, and the ball
speed of the ball comes from your arm speed and body speed.
if you release ball early, what happen is that your arm speed
and body speed doesn't reach the max value, so the ball doesn't
go fast.)
(and how to increase your arm speed, simply two requirements "
soft arm and big arm" a soft arm makes it easy for you to
do a perfect throwing mechanics and we can understand
easily what a big arm is used for.)
(how to increase your body speed. what you need is a strong
leg and good command on your upper body ( the upper body rotates
late but quick, and reach the max speed at the moment the ball
is rereased)
