[問題] Alex Honnold是靠囚徒健身方式訓練的嗎?
囚徒健身的一個重點就是利用自身的體重來進行徒手訓練。
像Alex這種攀岩專家 訓練都是在吊掛自己的身體
好像也沒有必要把其他部位的肌肉練得更大
甚至練得太大反而不利於靈活及平衡
所以除了單槓之類的 似乎也不需要其他?
算不算是符合囚徒健身?
