[問題] 什麼是訓練強度夠?
常常看到有些請益文下面
會回說強度不夠,可以不用喝乳清
很好奇,要練到怎樣才算強度夠?
摸訓練部位時,是硬硬的?(這種程度很容易到達吧)
還是要練到有點舉不起來才算(但練就了覺得很難到達)
乳清不是協助補充一天不夠的蛋白質嗎?
如果訓練強度不夠有很大影響嗎?
因為目前就算沒重訓(純有氧)的那天,也打算泡乳清來當餐間飲食
(目前算下來,不管有沒有重訓都剛好攝取體重1.5倍左右,
工作後就沒時間自己煮了,好懷念以前學餐,什麼都幫你算好)
不知道前輩們,能不能解惑一下,謝謝
