[問題] 女孩膝蓋上方奇怪肌肉怎麼辦
小妹於去年11月加入健身房
有鑑於教練跟文章都說要先練下半身
所以這幾個月很認真練推腿機 還有硬舉
然後!!有一天自己站著發現怎麼一邊膝蓋上面有一個突起物

研究半天 這是肌肉的樣子...因為如果大腿用力肉會收回去
結果悲傷的發現 其實另一邊也有突起來 只是比較小不明顯
請問現在是繼續練下去?讓整個大腿都一起長出相對的肌肉?
還是有什麼方式可以讓那塊肌肉比較小或是平均一點?
反正就是不要單獨突一塊啦...夏天要到了 這樣穿短褲能看嗎..
拜託各位有經驗的前輩幫幫我
ps.我已問過我的教練 他只說 運動完多做伸展...(只有這個辦法嗎?哭)
