[問題] 運動後喝有糖/無糖豆漿
想請問版上巨前輩
小弟我因為懶得帶乳清出門泡
所以每次健身完都去超商買兩瓶豆漿來喝
之前都是買無糖的
但最近很多人說增肌碳水也很重要
那對增肌來說 是不是喝有糖的豆漿更好?
ps.小弟太弱了,所以沒有減脂需求
反而希望胖一點QQ
