[問題] 伏地挺身做的速度要快還是慢?
請問大家一個關於伏地挺身的問題
就是伏地挺身應該要快速的拼數量去做
還是緩緩的一個一個做
因為我發現緩緩的做伏地挺身
感覺做到後來,會比較吃力
不知道是不是呼吸造成的影響
做的數量就會比較少...
應該也不是說做比較少
比方說一次做10下的話
快速做達到10下可能會很喘
但不太會感受到肌肉支撐的辛苦
這樣會不會比不上緩緩做的鍛鍊效益呢
