[問題] 各位吃燕麥會拉肚子嗎??
不好意思 問個很尷尬的問題
小弟健身也差不多4年
碳水來源幾乎都是吃燕麥
簡單方便快速 便宜又容易保存
但是我吃燕麥老是有個狀況
就是會拉肚子T_T
那種拉肚子的fu
很像是吃了芭樂籽的感覺
就是腸胃無法吸收
稀拉嘩啦的痛苦排出=_=
我後來是用果汁機
把燕麥打碎+牛奶喝掉才好一點
但偶爾還是會有拉肚子的情形
請問各位會有這種狀況嗎??
有沒有解決方法!?
