[問題] 一週只能重三天要如何安排菜單?

小弟目前大學生
因為專題必須時常開會
所以一週有時只能二三四去重訓室
其他幾天就要看是否有開會
如果這樣的話
這三天應該要做全身性的訓練
連續三天都練一點胸、背、腿、肩等等
還是說這三天一天胸一天背一天肩跟腿?
