[問題] 固定式器材對運動表現沒幫助?
如題
如果想增進跳躍 爆發力
之前看版上大大建議我用啞鈴 槓鈴之類的
但是大腿往前推跟往前蹬的
都是固定器材
對跳躍力是否就沒幫助呢?
