[問題] 想減重,降卡路里,飲料要喝甚麼??
想請問一下.最近發覺體重過重滿多的.想要開始減重.大約還要減個10-15公斤D
目前是早上上班前會去國民運動中心運動一小時,然後在沐浴去上班,
因為時間有限.所以也是慢跑跑步機20-30分鐘,然後玩玩其他的健身器材.
一種大概都玩個15-20下,晚上的時候就去家裡公園慢跑大概30-40分鐘,
有時候會超過.大約1小時左右..
一周運動的時間大約是早上會佔3-4天.晚上的話有時會5-6天.有時候才1-2天
晚上慢跑完回到家也沒辦法馬上入睡,就是上上網,看看電視...
之前會喝點威士忌,但是有時候會越喝越多.就....醉了......
想問以現在想減重,又想減少卡路里...
平常時想喝飲料,除了水..有甚麼可以推薦的飲料呢??
現在正在喝0卡可樂......
