[問題] 女生練背
在運動中心開始重訓了一個多月
背的課表大概是:
滑輪下拉一字槓
滑輪下拉V字
坐姿划船(不確定名字 or坐姿划輪?)
坐姿reverse fly
硬舉
最後再做幾個皮拉提斯練下背的動作
都是10下做6組 硬舉可能會做到8組
滑輪下拉的重量約50 坐姿划船稍輕一點
reverse fly用5公斤的啞鈴 硬舉目前40kg
練的時候有盡量感受用背出力,但做完第二天上背不會特別痠
只有硬舉的下背頗有感
reverse fly的動作總是不太順,還在努力抓感覺中
除了背之外也會一天練胸一天練下半身
最近加入另一家健身房,練胸日夾胸時被旁邊的教練叫住說我不應該練胸
因為我的背肌無力已經被胸往前拉了,多做背肌訓練就好
我的上半身真的幾乎沒肉,練胸是想讓上胸多長點肉,不然整個都只有脂肪
原本對自己背部線條頗滿意,但被教練一說似乎應該上背要練厚一點?
想請問各位版友給我一點建議,該怎麼加強背部的訓練呢?
