[問題] 重量的極限是多少?
今天做腹部和背部訓練時 一下子可以推到50kg 害我嚇了一跳(因為我才57kg)
不過有些器材真的是只能20公斤左右 例如小腿的後推 二頭肌機器>_<
不知道大家通常在重量方面的極限是在哪裡?
例如 不能做超過自己體重的重量(是否這樣比較容易受傷)
或是 只要能推得動 就盡量推呢??
