菜單很簡單:吃飽睡飽運動
運動 → 就只是單純持續不懈的慢跑,還沒開始重訓。
飲食 → 一般飯菜肉水果,配比=蛋白質10~15%、脂質20~30%、醣類55~70%
沒吃乳清、沒吃維它命...啥人工補給品都沒吃,也不是很clean food
當然啦,這樣的線條自然比不上正統重訓出來的可口度,
但光是好好的吃、睡、運動,還是能有一個程度成績...
