[問題] 扶地挺身+身蹲+乳清早晚=會壯嗎?
小弟之前被鞭過,不吃晚餐&澱粉。:(
目前174/67、體脂16趴。
三餐維持正常(超過基代1600、低油、鈉、糖)+早晚乳清麥片低脂高鈣牛奶
四天重訓:330扶地挺身(慢速做、分3組做)
、150負重深蹲(分四組做_負重15kg)、各100左右腳後踢腿。單位"下"。運動一個多小時
三天有氧:慢跑35分、5k~7k
主要想請問有需要檢討改進的嗎?
在下想一天扶地挺身可以做到1000下應該會很壯!(量慢慢增加中)
飲食要改嗎?
大約身材~鞭小弟吧!
