[問題] 關於鎖骨
最近主要練以下四種種動作,二十下一組,輪著做,直到沒力氣為止
One Handed Push-up
Pseudo Planche Push-up
Spiderman Push-up
Standard Pull-Up
今天突然想到一個問題,這樣練的話
隨著肌肉越來越多,鎖骨會不會越來越不明顯?
還是說這幾個動作不會影響鎖骨的深淺?
PS. 我不是為了比賽而健身的
單純是為興趣想練成 One Arm Pull-up 和 Planche Push-up
