[問題] 啞鈴臥推遇到瓶頸
目前啞鈴臥推練胸肌 卡在單手50磅 一直練不上去 胸肌也一直沒有發展
不知道要怎麼克服這個瓶頸?
目前訓練菜單是每週兩次的重訓
每次做上斜、下斜、平躺啞鈴臥推 各三組 每組8-10下力竭(重量會依情況減輕)
中間休息1分鐘
重訓後到便利商店補充 一個茶葉蛋和一瓶統一無糖豆漿
不知道這樣的訓練是否需要調整?因為已經卡了將近2個月了...
