Crunch only focuses on your upper abs.
There are so many other exercises you can do beside that.
至少有超過100種不同的姿勢和方式可以訓練腹肌。
仰臥起坐只能練到上腹
上側腹、上中腹、下側腹、下中腹、下背
各有不同的方法訓練
基本上所有你身體中間的部位統稱叫做 "Core"
與其專注在練腹肌,不如專注在練 Core
任何對你 Core 有幫助的東西都對你腰部線條的提升有所幫助
做 Squat、Deadlift,也會影響到核心肌群
所以你能做的東西實在太多了
仰臥起坐只是幾百種運動的其中一種,而且只專注在練上腹
Body fat is the key to give your abs high definition.
But I don't think that body fat is everything.
I saw a lot of black guys with super high definition abs and still have mid
body fat.
And I also saw a lot of very skinny guys without any definition of abs.
So, 練Abs時用weight也是一個努力的方向。
Plank, 踩腳踏車,慢而持久是關鍵。如果很快的移動,your just use your body
Momentum, not you abs.
High intensity is also a key, because the muscle of abs will recover faster
than other muscle, you cannot rest for too long btw each set.
Try to use as high intensity as you can.
