抱歉想要借本文順便問個問題,
小弟我26歲 170/65,
依據標準試算法大概心跳維持在130是燃燒脂肪的最佳HBR,
不過由於跑步時大概都不會知道自己心跳約莫多少,
如果是速度的話,
大概在5.42 Min/Km
十公里慢跑最快紀錄是53.02min
請問這樣的運動強度是否足夠?
