硬舉,訓練下背的這個動作,有什麼好處嗎?
之前不曉得在哪邊看到,也常看到,說練硬舉會讓你更強壯
印象中推文有看過,有些職業選手也有這種說法,真的嗎?
練腿會刺激更多睪故銅生成,刺激全身發展
硬舉也是嗎?
硬舉很像很少人練......
