[問題] 引體向上
已經練習引體向上一段時間了,遇到了一些問題讓我有些疑慮。
目前身高192 體重88 體脂肪23%,一個多月前我完全拉不上去,就用跳的方式一直拉。
兩三周後才終於上去,之後持續一直拉,又過了兩三周,卻還是維持一下。
但是,肩膀和小臂分別開始會痛,比較像是骨頭在痛,連帶伏地挺身的時候肩部也會痛。
我猜是體重對我的上肢與肩部造成了過大的壓力,也因此停拉了幾天,目前仍無改善。
我相信引體向上是很好的重量訓練方式,所以也很想練到一定程度。
只是目前的疼痛讓我有所猶豫,繼續下去大概只會加深傷害,勢必要想辦法改善。
而引體向上的次數無法進步也很令人苦惱,很多人都說一下之後會進步很快,怎麼我...
我應該怎麼辦呢?
