一個小時可以很快樂也可以很難熬, 強度高低對於成果的影響會蠻大的
我列舉幾個問題,原PO參考看看,
有氧的強度高嗎?心跳數多少?
(假設原PO姿勢都正確)重訓的強度高嗎?一組幾下?
組間休息多久?一次重訓總組數多少?
吃東西有沒有忌口?有沒有應酬多,常喝酒?
