[問題] 請問我重訊後變笨重了怎辦!?
雖然重訓大約一年了
雖然肌力越來越好
不過在打球時的左右移動 跟跑步時的腳步步伐交換變好慢
雖然蹬的力量是有力多了
請問有哪些重訓的方法可以增加速度
上半身也是 通常中訓不管多組輕量或大重量少組
都有強調到動作慢肌肉才練得漂亮
不過我想不到有什麼可以增加來回收縮的速度耶
